Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AiGame is a free educational project run in the Czech Republic under the brand svobodova.studio (Czech company ID / IČO: 06796761). Send data-related requests and questions to play@aigame.cz.

2. What we collect

• Email — for login (email link or social login) and reminder emails
• Nickname and emoji — you choose these yourself during registration
• Course progress — completed tasks, points, streak, current level
• Task reflections — private notes, never shown to other users

3. Why we collect it

We run the course for you, display your progress, and send reminder emails (on by default — turn off any time in Settings). The legal basis for processing is performance of our service contract (running the course and showing your progress), our legitimate interest (reminder emails), and your consent (analytics cookies — which you can withdraw at any time).

4. How long we keep data

We delete data automatically at whichever of these comes first:

• Account deletion by you (7-day grace period during which you can cancel)
• 6 weeks of inactivity — we send you a warning email, and if no task is completed in the next 7 days, the account is deleted

Anonymised aggregate data (total user count, average rating) is not linked to your identity and may be kept indefinitely.

5. Your rights

At any time you can:

• Download your data — Settings → Data & privacy → Download my data
• Delete your account — Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account

You also have rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and portability. If you believe our processing of your data breaches GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz). Send requests to play@aigame.cz.

6. Cookies

• Login cookie — required for login, valid for 5 days, contains no personal data
• Google Analytics — analytics loaded only after consent is given

7. Sub-processors

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU/Frankfurt data centre)
• Resend — transactional emails (EU)
• Vercel — hosting (function region fra1, EU)
• Google — social login via Google (processed by Google LLC, USA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and their privacy policy)
• LinkedIn — social login via LinkedIn (processed by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company under their privacy policy)
